We've been training UK companies in Google Ads (formerly AdWords) since 2005. Drawing on this experience, we've developed live online training courses designed to deliver everything you'd expect from a face-to-face session directly to your home or office.

Our Google Ads online training courses are available for beginners and advanced users. The price includes a review of your campaigns and website prior to the training and 90-days support after the course.

Our training syllabus is based on real-world experience managing £3.7 million in online advertising for 100+ customers in the UK, Europe and USA.

How it works

Our online training courses are conducted via Zoom's popular video conferencing platform.

Zoom is simple to use and does not require you to install any software. It's available for Windows PCs and Apple computers. Please visit the system requirements page on Zoom's website for details.

Training sessions

Our Google Ads online training courses can be delivered in 2, 3 or 4 separate sessions (to suit your priorities and availability).

We've found that splitting the training into separate sessions not only provides a better experience for participants, it gives you the opportunity to work on your campaigns between sessions.

Questions that arise between sessions can be answered on the next - a real bonus when you're learning an advertising platform as sophisticated as Google Ads.

Note: While we can deliver online training courses in a single session, we do not recommend this approach. In our experience, participants become fatigued and the training is not as effective.

Typical course outline

Below is the outline for our Getting Started with Google Ads course, delivered in 4 live online training sessions with approximate times for each session.

Session One (2.5 hours)

  • Google's network and advertising programmes;
  • Key concepts in Google Ads;
  • The Tiered Account Model (TAM) for Google Ads accounts;
  • Defining your business and advertising criteria.

Session Two (3.5 hours)

  • An introduction to keyword research;
  • Keyword discovery, mining and segmentation;
  • Review of your Google Ads account (if applicable);
  • Review of your website and landing pages.

Session Three (3.5 hours)

  • Creating your first Google Ads campaign;
  • Effective ads and landing pages.

Session Four (2.5 hours)

  • Campaign optimisation techniques;
  • Associated Google tools and services.

Scheduling and price

We'll agree the number, date and time of your training sessions when you book your course. The price of our Google Ads online courses is £459.

Tip: When planning your training course, keep the interval between sessions to 5 days or less if possible. This ensures that what was learned during the previous session is still fresh in people's minds.
